This matter was heard for some time.

By the impugned order, the petitioner's request for posting under the Sub Regional Office, has not been accepted on the ground of lack of experience in the technical branch in view of his deployment as a Junior Scientific Assistant under the Scientific Cadre of the Board. The contention of the petitioner is that he had joined in the technical branch as a Junior Research Fellow. After 11 years of experience, he was placed in the Scientific Cadre. His representation dated 13.05.2022 khs/Feb.2023/1429

- 2 - seeking repatriation, is pending. He prays that the concerned Department may consider the request on it'

s merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2022, inter alia praying for repatriation to the original cadre under which he was recruited.

We expect the above stated exercise to be completed by considering the entire record available and if possible, a personal hearing be granted to the petitioner in the light of the peculiar facts and circumstances highlighted in his representation, on or before 30.04.2023.
