Mr. Salunke, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file appropriate application at appropriate stage. 2.
The learned counsel states that some protection be granted to the applicants considering the age of the applicants. 3.
We have heard learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and the learned APP.

Considering the age of the applicants, we pass following order.
ORDER
1.
Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn. 2.
The applicants are at liberty to file appropriate application at an appropriate stage as is permissible in law. All contentions kept open.
3.
For a period of 10 (Ten) days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the present applicants.
