Mr. Gholap, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is reported to be dead. 2.

In view of that, nothing survives in the present petition. However, Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for appearing for the mother submits that if the mother initiates appropriate proceeding under the act, the same may be considered by the Tribunal without being influenced by its earlier order.

In view thereof, petition stands disposed of. It is clarified that if the mother initiates appropriate proceeding under the Act, the learned Tribunal shall decide the same without being influenced by its earlier order.
