Applicants are seeking impleadment of legal heirs of deceased appellant Maruti Mahadu Yeole by condonation of of delay. Second prayer is made for deletion of names of Respondent Nos. 1 and 7 as they are dead and their legal heirs are already on record. As far as deceased Respondent No. 8 is concerned, it is claimed by the applicants that he is a formal party and hence deletion of Respondent No. 8 is sought.
