The proposal of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015, approving the pay scale, is pending before the respondent no.4/Assistant Director (Commissioner), Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department, Beed, Dist. Beed. The petitioner is relying on certain earlier decision of the Government allowing such pay scales.

The respondent no.4 is directed to decide the proposal for approving the upgrade pay scale of the petitioner within four weeks
