PER COURT :- This petition is filed by the Federation in respect of making payment of bills for the works done by the Labour Cooperative societies, who are the members of the Federation. It is to be noted that, the individual labour cooperative societies were entrusted works by the various departments. The payment that is required to be made for different works, those have been carried out by the individual cooperative societies, cannot be a matter of issue, at the instance of Labour Federation. It would be for the concerned Labour Society to agitate their individual grievance. Apart from this, the matter governing contractual terms need not be entertained in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India.
