Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned AGP for respondent No. 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that learned Civil Judge, (S.D.), Udgir has passed order in Land Acquisition Reference No. 132/2010. The appellant has filed the appeal for enhancement of compensation. The name of appellant - original claimant is "Shivmala w/o Ramchandra Ekale", but the learned Reference Court has mentioned it as "Shivmala Ramchandra Ekke". Hence requested to

correct the surname of respondent - claimant. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, I pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) Applicant shall file application before the learned Reference Court.

(ii) The learned Reference Court shall decide the application within 15 days after filing the same. (iii) Application is disposed of.
