Today the learned counsel for petitioner filed on record additional affidavit of petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner retired due to superannuation after completion of 65 years of age. It can be said that the purpose of filing present proceeding is served. So, on instruction, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition can be disposed of. However, he submits that if new cause of action arose, then liberty may be granted to petitioner to approach this Court again. 2.

There will be such liberty. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
