1] By the present writ petition, the petitioners challenge the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik below Exh.13 and Exh.15 in Appeal No.35/2023 whereby the Court has allowed the application for condonation of delay of 39 months for bringing the legal heirs of deceased on record. 2] While allowing the application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased, the School Tribunal has stated that if the application for condonation of delay is allowed, no loss would cause to the other-side and delay is condoned by the School Tribunal. Considering the same, I see no error
