The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted proposals for sanction of 8th standard to their schools, in the year 2013. However, no decision has been taken over the said proposals.

We have heard Mr. Bondar, the learned counsel for respondent No.3 and Mr. Thigle learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

On receipt of the proposal, the Education Officer has to process the same and with his remarks has to forward it to the respondent No.2. It appears that the said proposals are yet pending with the respondent No.3.

In the light of that, we pass the following order:- I.

Respondent No.3 shall process the proposals submitted by the petitioners for starting 8th standard in their respective schools, expeditiously and shall forward it to the respondent No.2 with its remarks, preferably within six months.
