We had asked the petitioner to place on record any appointment order given to his father to demonstrate that the father of the petitioner was appointed as Safai Kamgar. Learned Counsel Mr Pagare submits that he could not get the said order. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would withdraw the writ petition and may prosecute his claim with the authorities.
