It is submitted that the Revisions filed by the petitioners are pending with the Hon'ble Minister. The petitioners had also filed applications for stay. The same are not yet decided. 2.

Mr. Shelke, learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that the Revisions are filed by the petitioners against

Heard the learned advocate for the respective parties. 4.

This court on 12th October, 2017 issued notice to respondents and in the meanwhile directed to maintain the status-quo.

As the Revisions are pending with the Hon'ble Minister it will be worthwhile to get the Revisions decided on merits. 6.

In the result, we pass the following orderORDER I] The Hon'ble Minister shall endeavour to decide the Revisions expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (2) months.

II] Till the Revisions are decided by the Hon'ble Minister, interim order of status-quo passed by this court on 12th October, 2017 is continued.
