Perused the FIR. The allegation is in respect enforcement of unauthorized possession and demand of money for vacating such unauthorized possession. Prima facie, the offense alleged appears to have been made out. The petitioners are unable to disclose their entitlement to enforce their possession over the plot in question bearing No.E-61/1 in survey No.12627 situate at Aurangabad.
