These appeals are placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. 2.

Learned advocate for the appellants submits that appellants want to withdraw these appeals.

The appellants have accepted the award passed by the MACT, Nanded in MACP Nos.9/2018, 10/2018, 11/2018 and 12/2018.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (Marked as 'X' ) these appeals stand disposed off as withdrawn.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 6.

If the amount is lying in this court, then same shall be transmitted to the concerned Reference Court. The original claimants are at liberty to make an application before the concerned Reference Court for withdrawal of the amount.
