I do not find any substance in this writ petition. The application Exh.70 has been moved by the petitioner-original plaintiff seeking amendment in the plaint when both the parties have filed their evidence close pursis and suit was pending for final arguments. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that at present the suit is reserved for judgment. In view of above, there is no reason to interfere in the impugned order at this stage.
