2] Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents would not have objection for condonation of delay, however, since these appeals are against the enhancement of the compensation, in view of the delay, the appellants may be directed to deposit the entire amount under the award in this Court.

3] Upon hearing both the sides, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay caused in filing the First Appeals is condoned.

4] The appellants are directed to deposit the entire amount under the award in this Court within a period of ten weeks from the date of this order.
