Learned Counsel for petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioner would shift to alternate accommodation provided by the Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks from today.

The statement made is accepted.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent-Municipal Corporation agrees to supply plans and designs to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners shall approach the office of Municipal Corporation and secure copies of necessary plans. So far as

{2} wp1140214.odt apprehension of the petitioners in respect of allotment of shops is concerned, it would be open for the petitioners to make appropriate representation at an appropriate stage to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation for redressal of their grievance. In the event of occurrence of any fresh cause, liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
