The original petitioners are seeking addition of the Executive Engineer PWD, Latur Division, Latur as respondent No.7 and the SubDivisional Engineer, PWD, Sub-Division Ahmedpur as respondent No.8 on the ground that the road in question falls under and is being developed by the PWD, Latur as per the stand of the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The application is allowed and the respondent Nos. 7 and 8 are allowed to be added. On such addition, learned AGP waives service for respondents to be added.
