The learned AGP submits, on the basis of the affidavit in reply filed on 09.02.2023 by the Superintending Engineer, Public Works Circle, Osmanabad, that Respondent No.8 has already been blacklisted by the order dated 25.01.2023 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 28.11.2018. 2.

Considering the above, as the Petitioner is an elected Corporator and contends that this is in public cause, we showed our inclination to convert this petition into a Public Interest Litigation and to test bonafides of the Petitioner, we asked the

*2* 947wp11944o22 Petitioner to deposit Rs.5 lac in this Court under Rule 7A(i) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since the Government has initiated an action in the nature of the order of blacklisting dated 25.01.2023, the Petitioner is satisfied and this petition is worked out as the purpose is achieved. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
