The learned advocate Shri Pathan, who appears suo moto for Respondent No.5/Waqf Board, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court of India, the Waqf Board has already undertaken the enquiry and a final decision would be taken not only in respect of other similar institutions, but even in respect of the petitioner and the matter
