The Petitioners pray that this Court should recover their unpaid salaries from the Zilla Parishad. The details are set out in internal page no.5 of the memo of the petition. 2.

In view of the above, since this Court can not venture into making an assessment as to what is the pay scale paid to the Petitioners, how much are the arrears, what could be the increments etc., it would be appropriate for the Petitioners to approach Respondent No.3 with a representation and seek payment of unpaid salaries.

If the Petitioners tender such an application/representation,

4469.2023WP -2within 30 days from today, the Zilla Parishad would consider the same and after conducting the exercise for quantification of unpaid salaries, same shall be paid to the Petitioners, within 90 days from the date of the application/representation.
