ORDER:

The present petition is filed seeking direction against respondents No. 2 to 5 to submit proposal along with copies of the Challan to respondent No. 1 for releasing GIS amount of deceased Syed Iqbal.

Mr Aghav, the learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 4 submits that, on 13.03.2018 a communication is issued to the petitioner that proposal is submitted by the office of the Block Education Officer to the Desk Officer, Department of Cooperation, Marketing and Textile, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, however, the

2 Sr41WP14720.2017 said Desk Officer has asked for the resolution of the Institution and details about the liabilities.

It is stated that the deceased was serving with the Zilla Parishad school. The details of dues and liability, if any, would be available. It is for the respondents to complete the said process. 4.

The respondents shall complete the requirement as sought in the communication dt. 13.03.2018 and steps shall be taken to take a final decision within a period of four months and if any amount is payable, the same shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of decision.
