Learned counsel for respondent informs that the order issued in respect of blacklisting of petitioner has already been withdrawn and as such the grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition in that regard stands redressed.

Petitioner contends that he submitted his bid in response to the tender notice issued by respondent however, his offer has not been considered. If respondent no. 2 proceeds to continue the same tender process initiated in pursuance to the advertisement dated 27.08.2014, the offer of petitioner be taken into account.
