The Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections. It was restored by an order dated 28.2.2022. Since the objections were not removed and the deficit court fees were not paid, the Petition was again dismissed. By this civil application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay.

Heard. For the reasons set out, this civil application is allowed. Delay of 222 days is condoned.

On the condition of payment of the deficit court fees and all office objections to be removed, within 6 weeks, the civil application No. 14670 of 2022 shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
