According to the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 has issued directions to the respondent No. 3 to conduct an enquiry, however, same is not conducted. Said order appears to be passed on 17.07.2019.

Mr. Chaudhari, the learned advocate for the intervenor submits that, intervention application is filed and the enquiry has been conducted and the report is submitted to the respondent No. 3 by the Assistant Registrar and the petitioner has also challenged the same.

According to the petitioner same is not enquiry as per the directions of the respondent No. 2.

Be that as it may, the order is passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, even as per the contention of the petitioner on 17.07.2019. The authorities are on election duty atleast since fifteen days.

Considering the above, at present we are not inclined to pass any orders in the present matter. If within reasonable time no steps are taken, question of agitating the same would arise. 6.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
