The learned Advocate for the Petitioners points out that the explosion in the ethanol plant of the Respondent factory has taken place on 25.02.2023 and it was erroneously recorded in Paragraph No. 1 of our order dated 31.10.2023 that the explosion took place two years ago. We accordingly correct the said observation and record that the explosion had taken place on 25.02.2023.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions from the Petitioners, present in the Court, that they would withdraw this Petition and take recourse to a remedy as is permissible in law, since their houses suffered cracks and are near the factory. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

The Petitioners are at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. Contentions of all the litigating parties are kept open.
