The applicant seeks an early hearing in WP No.5038/2000. The applicant was a teacher with the respondent/Institution. By order dated 08/01/2001, respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Vocational Education and Training, Regional Office, Aurangabad was directed to examine the staff strength of the Educational Institutions (Colleges) run by petitioner No.1 Society and file an affidavit indicating the backlog in the Reserved Categories in both Teaching as well as Non Teaching posts.

An affidavit has been filed by Mr.Sunil Devidasrao Dande on 08/03/2001. Besides making a reference that the backlog in the Reserved Categories is seen in the institutions run by the petitioner society, the said affiant has placed on record post wise abstract of the backlog verified by the B.C. Cell, Aurangabad. 3.
