Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the notices were issued to the respondents, however, the notice issued to respondent no.2 was returned unserved, therefore, the applicants are furnishing the fresh address of respondent no.2. Hence requested that the notice be issued to the respondent no.2 as per the address given in paragraph no.3 of the application.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel and the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
