Mr. Pawar, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that though this Court passed order directing respondents to charge conversion charges/Nazarana on the market value as on the date of application given, the authorities are not considering the same. 2.

We have heard learned AGP. The order of this Court dated 7th July, 2016 in writ petition Nos. 2512 of 2015 and 2818 of 2015 is abundantly clear and the same does not require any modification or review. Under said order and more particularly, in paragraph No. 4, we have very clearly observed that, the conversion charges are required to be paid as on the date of application, meaning thereby that

2 CA-13683-17 conversion charges/Nazarana is required to be paid by the applicant on the market value of the property as on the date of application. The authorities shall consider the same.

Hence, civil application stands disposed of.
