Learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a communication addressed to Tahsildar, Khultabad by Circle Officer, Bazar Samiti including panchanama, dated 03.05.2015 indicating therein that the possession is handed over in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, there is no necessity of issuing any notice of contempt. Hence, the contempt petition has become infructuous. The communication along with panchanama are taken on record and marked as "Article X" for the purpose of identification.
