Vide order dated 12.10.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 10427 of 2021, the petitioner's request for regularization of the service was directed to be considered by the State Government within a stipulated time. It has been done and communicated to the petitioner vide communication dated 30.01.2024 thereby refusing his claim for regularization.

Needless to state that the petitioner will have to now resort

2 cp 782.22 to appropriate remedy in the light of the rejection of the request. 4.
