This is a petition from jail.

The petitioners seems to be an under trial prisoner. He had filed Bail Application No. 116 of 2023. It was decided on 09 March 2023. By this petition, he is now seeking restoration of Bail Application and seeking a direction for passing order on the applications filed by him before trial Court Exhibits 11, 12 and 13.

Since the Bail Application no. 116 of 2023, has already been decided on merits, there is no question of its restoration. 4.

As far as the other prayer is concerned it appears that his applications exhibit nos. 11, 12 and 13 are pending before the Special Court.
