Heard. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner, which is pending before the respondent No.4 Caste Scrutiny Committee since 29/8/2023, be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the claim is pending since 29/8/2023, we direct the respondent No.4 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today. With these directions,the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
