Heard Mr. R.S. Deshmukh, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. U.S. Mote, learned APP for respondent. Perused papers. 2.

Applicant is involved in Crime No. 384/2015 registered at City Police Station, Osmanabad for the offences punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

On 02.11.2015, applicant had moved an application for pre-arrest bail before the Sessions Court, Osmanabad. Interim protection was rejected to him on 04.11.2015. Learned counsel for applicant submits that criminal application is pending before the Sessions Court and, it would be coming up on 30.11.2015 for filing say of the prosecution. It is submitted that though prosecution availed many opportunities say is not yet filed and if hearing of the application before the Sessions Court is expedite, it would serve the

In view of the above, following order :- (i) Criminal Bail Application No. 429/2015 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 3, Osmanabad shall be disposed of within two weeks from today, without being influenced by the observations in the order dated 04.11.2015 rejecting interim protection to the applicant.

(ii) Criminal Application No. 6085/2015 stands disposed of in the above terms.
