Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner challenges the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer dated 08/02/2022. The learned AGP submits that remedy of appeal, within a period of 60 days, against the said order before the Additional Collector is available to the petitioner and the same fact is mentioned at page No.32 in the impugned order.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there is delay as his mother was unwell and he could not file the appeal within the time stipulated.

In view of the same, the present petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner is at liberty to file revision petition before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the

909 WP 13037-2023 petitioner in accordance with law. Application for release of the vehicle be decided within a period of one week. 4.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as above.
