Mr. G. R. Syed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners fairly concedes to the position as has been referred to by learned counsel Mr. Kishor Gadhve Patil for respondents no. 1 to 4 that original lis between the parties stands terminated in view of dismissal of proceedings before the tribunal.

Although it is being referred to by learned counsel Mr. Syed that applications for revival of proceedings before the tribunal are launched, yet position emerges that there is no lis which can be said to be pending as on the date.
