The petitioner has put forth prayer clause C as under:- "C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be please to direct respondent no.4 and 5 to decide the pending proposal dated 01.11.2019 forwarded by the Head Master, Mahatma Phule High School, Erandol, Tq.Erandol, Dist.Jalgaon for release of salary grants within two weeks."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.4 shall consider the proposal dated 01.11.2019 in the light of the record and after conducting a proper scrutiny/ verification, let an order be passed on such proposal, on or before 15.02.2023.
