This application is filed seeking withdrawal of remaining amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body. 3.

This Court in connected matter i.e. Civil Application No.2560/2024 in First Appeal No.2930/2018 and other connected matter, has permitted claimants to withdraw further 25% amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw further 25% amount of compensation along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
