O R D E R

The proceeding is placed before the panel of today's National Lok Adalat.

This appeal has been preferred by the appellant/ICICI Lambord General Insurance Company Ltd. feeling aggrieved by the impugned Judgment and award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Jalna. Mr. Dahat, the learned Counsel for the appellant/ICICI General Insurance Company has placed on record pursis and authority letter and the same are taken on record and marked as Art.'X' and 'Y' respectively for identification.

It is informed by Mr. C. V. Bodkhe, learned counsel for the original claimants that original claimants have already withdrawn 50% amount of compensation and remaining 50% amount is still lying in the Registry and to that effect necessary orders may be passed. 4.
The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The Registry is hereby directed to make payment of remaining 50% of compensation to the original claimants along with accrued interest thereon as per the award passed by MACT, Jalna. 6.
If substantive appeal is filed by the original claimants subsequently, then in that case, the appellant/Insurance Company is entitled to restore its appeal.
7.
The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. 8.
The civil application, if any, stands disposed of. 9.
Inform to Chairman MACT, Jalna.
