1] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

2] The grievance of the petitioner is that equal quota of kerosene is not being provided to the rural and urban areas. Reliance is placed on the order dated 1.7.2015 passed in PIL No. 16 of 2014, which is an interim order. 3] The petitioner has given representation dated 6.10.2015 and 20.10.2015. The respondent authorities shall consider the said representations and take decision on it, in conformity with the order passed by this Court in PIL No. 16 of 2014, expeditiously and preferably within 3 months.

4] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
