The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page No. 31) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six
