The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.M100/2015, registered on 2nd October 2015 at Majalgaon City Police

Cri.Appln.6090/2015 Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 471, 468, 463, 418, 419, 420, 423, 415 read with sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court, by order dated 10th November 2015, has granted ad interim protection on the ground that the applicants have deposited the entire amount of loan.

In view thereof, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary.

5.

As such, Criminal Application stands allowed in terms of order dated 10th November 2015.

6.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called.
