The tribe claims of the petitioners are invalidated under the judgment and order dated 08.11.2021. The said judgment is a common judgment in case of Vaibhav s/o Jivanrao, Sumit s/o Baburao and Shubham s/o Baburao. Vaibhav s/o Jivanrao had challenged the said judgment by filing Writ Petition No. 13423 of 2021. This Court under order dated 04.12.2021 directed issuance of validity to him. The real brother of Vaibhav namely Vishal s/o Jivanrao was issued with the validity certificate under the orders of the Division Bench of this court at the Principal Seat at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 9012 of 2019.

Shubham - the present petitioner is the paternal relative of these persons. Even otherwise, the claims of the petitioners are invalidated under the common judgment delivered in case of petitioner no. 1, Vaibhav and Sumit.

In the light of the order and judgment of this court dated 04.12.2021 in Writ Petition No. 13423 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 9012 of 2019 before the Principal Seat at Bombay, we follow the same course and pass the following order.

The committee shall issue validity certificates to the petitioners of "Koli Mahadev" (Scheduled Tribe). The said validity certificates shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the committee in the proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners. 5.

The validity certificates be issued by the competent committee. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
