The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the Deputy Director of Education is competent to take decision with regard to inclusion of the names of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali. The Education Officer has already recommended to the Deputy Director of Education. The same appears to have been submitted on 06.01.2019.

In case the recommendations issued by the Education Officer is pending with the Deputy Director of Education Latur regarding inclusion of names of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali, then the decision shall be taken within a period of four

(04) weeks from today. After the decision is taken by the Deputy Director of Education further steps be taken. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
