Mr. Brahme, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent Nos. 6 to 62 are illegally appointed in the respondent No. 5/institution. The same is without following proper procedure. The appointments are per-say illegal. The petitioner has already raised his grievance before the Education Officer and the District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies. 2.

As the petitioner has already raised his grievance before the Education Officer and District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, it is for the authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

As the petitioner has already raised his grievance before the authorities, we are not considering the case on merits. The

2 wp 12888.19 petitioner may prosecute his application/complaint with the authorities. Naturally, the authorities would consider the grievance of the petitioner vis-a-vis right of the other side and take appropriate decision.

It is after the grievance of the petitioner is negatived, then the petitioner has right to agitate his grievance. 5.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
