This is second application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crime No. 346/2020 registered with Pimpalner Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 48 (7) and 48 (8) of the Mines and Minerals Act.

The previous application was disposed of vide order dated 29th July 2021. The order indicates that after hearing the applicant, when the court was not inclined to grant relief, on instructions, the application was withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation is almost complete. More than one year has passed after registration of F.I.R. There is no evidence against the applicant.

From the order dated 29th July 2021, it is apparent that the Court was not inclined to grant relief to the applicant. F.I.R. has been registered on 23.12.2020. Application was withdrawn before this Court on 29th July 2021. Apparently the applicant is avoiding arrest. I do not find any ground to entertain the second application for anticipatory bail. Hence, the application is rejected and stands disposed of.
