Heard learned A.G.P. for applicants - State / original respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Counsel for contesting respondents. 2.

By this Civil Application, the prayer is made to grant twelve weeks time to conclude the proceeding before the committee who called the original school record from the School of the respondents to verify the entries brought on record. The original school record is awaited.

Learned Counsel for the contesting respondents strongly opposed the application and submits that one of the member of the committee is having some 1/2

914 CA 12512-2024 grievances and the common scrutiny is done by vigilance and nothing is remained to be brought on record. However, for disposal of claims of the respondents, time may not to be granted.

Perused the papers. It appears that, the inquiry in respect of proceeding is done and that may be disposed of on making in detailed inquiry, so some time may require, therefore to protect the interest of all the parties, the application is partly allowed. Six weeks granted to conclude the proceedings in any way. 5.
