This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, pending with the respondent No.2 Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition is disposed of.

Interim relief granted in the matter shall continue until the decision on the claim by the Scrutiny Committee.
