Learned counsel appearing for Respondent NO.1 - Scrutiny Committee states, on instructions, that validation claim in respect of the Petitioner would be decided within SIX MONTHS from today. The statement made is accepted.

In the meanwhile, Respondent No.2 - M.I.D.C. shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioner. It would be open for the Respondent No.2 - M.I.D.C. to take appropriate action, subject to the decision of Respondent No.1 in respect of validation claim of the Petitioner. 3.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
