Perused the order passed by the learned Vacation Judge on 10th November 2015. The Petitioners have already been protected till the decision by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Civil Appeal No.28 of 2015.

In the facts of this case, the Petition can be disposed of by extending the protection granted by the learned Vacation Judge on 10th November 2015 until the final disposal of the Appeal pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, and it is accordingly ordered.

The Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad shall decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today.

4.

The Respondents shall not take any coercive action until decision of the Appeal bearing Civil Appeal No.28 of 2015 pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad.

5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
